* Not applicable in resin varmala/ baby things preservation, that takes more time than expected, around 25-28 days .
* Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return or refund, unless there is a manufacturing error.
* We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors. If there is an issue (incase of breakages) the return will be initiated only if the opening video of the item is sent along.
