Violation of this condition is a violation of copyright and other proprietary rights of the Company and/or its associates or sister concerns or affiliates

  4. There is sometime a possibility of extra charges like Octroi, Taxes or Duties which are to be borne by the recipient at the time of delivery. Please note that GIFTSGALLERY.ONLINE does not control these charges
  5. For Flowers, Sweets or other items that are perishable in nature, the delivery would be attempted only once. If the delivery is not executed during that attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items
  6. Since gifts arrangements are hand-made, there may be a slight variation from the picture shown. However, we will make sure that we deliver the handmade arrangement as close as possible to the description/ photograph shown
  7. The product specifications (weight, size, colour etc.) mentioned with the product photos are only approximate. Most products here are handmade items. There may, hence, be a variation in the pictures and the respective products. GIFTSGALLERY.ONLINE, at its absolute discretion, may deliver a similar / alternate product for reasons or exigencies beyond its control

Under no circumstances whatsoever shall GIFTSGALLERY.ONLINE be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits or any damages whatsoever including, without limiting, any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or other damages that result from the use of or inability to use the products/services offered on the site Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall GIFTSGALLERY.ONLINE be liable to the user for any or all damages, losses, and causes of action (including but not limited to, negligence) or otherwise exceeding the amount paid by the user to GIFTSGALLERY.ONLINE for that specific service/product

Users who have availed services through GIFTSGALLERY.ONLINE by selecting one or more listed service providers: GIFTSGALLERY.ONLINE reaches out to these users via SMS / E-mail / Call / WhatsApp messages Online after their scheduled appointment schedule and ask them for Feedback on their experience or inform them on the latest product updates from the Service provider. GIFTSGALLERY.ONLINE has complete ownership of this flow of feedback collection

Notwithstanding any or all of the terms, conditions & disclaimers stated herein above and in FAQ or elsewhere in the site, any refund or payment by GIFTSGALLERY.ONLINE to the user or anyone else acting on his behalf for any reason whatsoever, voluntarily or on being claimed by any user shall not become a waiver of any or all of the Terms, Conditions and Disclaimers made and shall not become a precedent for similar future actions/claims or confer any rights on the claimant. AND further that all such refunds/payments if any when made shall be subject to 10% deduction on account of Bank charges and other processing overheads

  13. We need an opening video to raise any complain regarding breakage and item missing.
  14. If a customer placed an order and he or she has no idea or doesn't remember about placing the order then our company will call you 2-3 times atleast in a month. And after that the order will be cancelled automatically and the money will not be refunded.
  15. Due to covid19 orders getting late.After dispatching its not our responsibilty whether it will reach on estimated delivery date or not.
  16. Sometimes its not possible whether the order reach within the written working days in description, sometimes it may be late due to certain issue.
  17. Customize MDF Rakhi's in Raksha Bandhan gifts will come in silver dial instead of golden dial.
  18. *-Coupon code-MOTHERSDAY will you discount upto 20% maximum ₹100 on minimum purchase of ₹500 and applicable only on mothers day collection.
  19. In Normal rakhi combo, normal rakhi can be changed as its not possible of the availability of the same rakhi as shown in the picture.And its also mentioned in the description that (delivered product may vary slightly as in the picture shown).
  20. Orders placed after 25 july of raksha bandhan may or may not be reach till 3 august as due to covid 19 couriers are getting slower.
  21. If customer will not asked us to place any picture on the box will may or may not be put any type of picture on the box as we left the space as blank means it will come as white.
  22. Rakhi will come without mini cushion.
  23. Sometimes the Delivered product might vary slightly as in the picture shown in colour and shape too.
  24. In Diwali combos we are using any rasgullas or soanpapdi.Its our choice weather we use our packing or someone else,we cant assure you to give any company sweet like haldiram or bikano.
  25. *- Delivery within 6 hours availabe in selected zipcodes and areas.
  26. If order placed after 6pm then the delivery will be next day after 10am and before 3pm in 6 hour delivery campaign.

The user of GIFTSGALLERY.ONLINE is presumed to have read all the terms and conditions herein and FAQ and is deemed to have agreed, understood and accepted unconditionally all the terms, conditions, procedures and risks of using the services and cannot at any time claim ignorance of any or all of them. In event of any disputes between the parties in connection with any provision, both the parties hereto, shall endeavour to settle dispute amicably. In event Parties fail to settle within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to sole Arbitrator, governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. All the disputes will subject to the Judiciary of Bareilly Jurisdiction.
